Balanced Dose Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Firefly Medical Group PLLC d/b/a Balanced Dose (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates this website and online store, including all related content, features, tools, and services (the “Services”). Our storefront is powered by Shopify, which helps us provide secure ordering, payment processing, and website functionality.
Balanced Dose subscriptions operate on a 90-day cycle, with a new shipment processed and billed every 90 days.
How It Works
- You are charged in full at checkout for your first shipment.
- Your payment method is securely stored and automatically charged the same amount every 90 days for each renewal shipment.
- You will receive a renewal reminder email 7 days before each charge, as required by applicable auto-renewal laws.
Managing Your Subscription
You may skip a shipment, pause your subscription, change flavors, update your payment method, or cancel at any time.
There are no fees for modifying or canceling a subscription.
You can make changes by:
- Logging into your Balanced Dose account; or
- Clicking the “Manage Subscription” link in any order or subscription confirmation email.
Important Timing
To ensure changes apply to the next shipment:
- Cancellations or changes made before the renewal charge (including before or after the 7-day reminder email) take effect immediately.
- If you cancel after the renewal charge has already processed, that shipment will still be fulfilled and shipped.
- No refunds are issued for subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped.
This timing aligns with our order processing workflow and guarantees timely packaging and fulfillment.
Refunds for Subscription Orders
Previously shipped subscription orders follow the same rules as our standard Refund Policy.
For quick reference:
- Unopened bottles: returnable within 30 days of delivery (customer pays return shipping).
- Opened bottles: all sales are final.
Subscription items may only be returned or refunded if they qualify under the standard Refund Policy. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
