Balanced Dose Return & Refund Policy

Firefly Medical Group PLLC d/b/a Balanced Dose (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates this website and online store, including all related content, features, tools, and services (the “Services”). Our storefront is powered by Shopify, which helps us provide secure ordering, payment processing, and website functionality.
We want you to be confident in every purchase from Balanced Dose. Please review the policy below, which applies to all supplement and wellness products sold on our website.
Returns
Unopened Items (30 Days)
We accept returns of unopened, unused, and resellable supplements within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping.
- Items must arrive in original packaging and in the same condition received.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Once a return is accepted, we will send a prepaid return label and instructions.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Final Sale Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used supplements (seal broken or packaging opened)
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Due to health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns of any opened supplement containers, bottles, packets, or consumable products.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (7 Days)
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery at order@balanceddose.com.
Please include:
- Order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the damage or incorrect item
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to:
- Request return authorization for the original item; and
- Place a new order for the product you want.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will email you within 1–3 business days confirming approval or denial.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1 business day of approval.
- Most banks or card issuers process the refund within 3–7 business days.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you have not received it, please email order@balanceddose.com.
EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered to an address in the European Union, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason under EU consumer protection law.
To use this right:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Return the item to us in unopened or otherwise resellable condition (for health and safety reasons, opened consumable supplements may not be eligible).
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the product price within 7 days.
This EU right is separate from, and does not reduce, our standard 30-day unopened return policy.
Unauthorized or Lost Returns
Balanced Dose is not responsible for:
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Items lost during return shipping before they reach our facility
- Items returned outside the stated timeframes
For your protection, always use the return label we provide or a trackable shipping service.
