Balanced Dose Shipping Policy

Firefly Medical Group PLLC d/b/a Balanced Dose (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates this website and online store, including all related content, features, tools, and services (the “Services”). Our storefront is powered by Shopify, which helps us provide secure ordering, payment processing, and website functionality.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 4–8 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed on the next business day.
Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, inventory delays, or unforeseen carrier disruptions. We will notify you if a significant delay is expected.
Shipping Time & Rates
Standard shipping within the United States generally takes 3–7 business days after your order has shipped.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your delivery address
- Weight and size of your order
- Selected shipping method
We do not guarantee delivery dates. Once a package leaves our facility, transit times are controlled solely by the carrier.
Order Changes & Address Accuracy
To ensure timely delivery, please verify your shipping address before completing your order.
We cannot modify shipping addresses once an order has entered processing.
Balanced Dose is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Packages returned to sender due to address issues
- Carrier routing errors
If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional postage may be required for reshipment.
Tracking Information
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You may use this number to follow your package through the carrier’s website.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the label is created.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is accepted by the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you (see our Terms of Service). Balanced Dose is not liable for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost packages marked as “Delivered”
- Stolen packages
- Weather-related delays
If your package is lost in transit or shows no movement for more than 10 business days, contact us at order@balanceddose.com and we will assist you in filing a carrier claim.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery at order@balanceddose.com with photos of the issue.
We will replace or refund damaged or incorrect items in accordance with our Refund Policy.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for ensuring products meet local regulations.
We are not responsible for packages seized by customs.
